Healthy Happy Minds, LLC
Each week will begin with a mindfulness exercise and will cover a different topic such as self-acceptance and self-talk, bullying, anger management, social skills, goal setting, etc. Students will be able to share in a comfortable environment where they will gain a feeling of acceptance from their peers which they normally may not receive. Children will get to “role play” the lessons they learn in groups with their peers and engage in art, music and fun games.
Private therapy and group counseling are available.
