Healthy Happy Minds, LLC
Each week will begin with a mindfulness exercise and will cover a different topic such as self-acceptance and self-talk, bullying, anger management, social skills, goal setting, etc. Students will be able to share in a comfortable environment where they will gain a feeling of acceptance from their peers which they normally may not receive. Children will get to “role play” the lessons they learn in groups with their peers.
